Entry into Force of the New Regulations Governing the Use and Control of the “Made in Luxembourg” Label

We would like to inform you that the regulations governing the use and control of the collective trademark “Made in Luxembourg” have been updated.

These new regulations introduce certain changes that may affect the conditions for granting and using the “Made in Luxembourg” Label, as well as the eligibility criteria applicable upon its renewal.

Please note, however, that your “Made in Luxembourg” certificate, which was issued prior to the entry into force of these new regulations, remains fully valid until the expiry date indicated on the certificate. No immediate changes affect its status or its current use.
