How can I obtain the label “Made in Luxembourg”?

It is really simple to request the label. Just follow the 4-step procedure described below. This will only take you 10 minutes, if your request is well prepared! Then you’ll be contacted by one of our team’s members to plan a meeting. Together, we will go through your file and examine if you qualify to obtain the label.

The Chamber of Commerce represents all sectors of businesses other than agriculture and skilled trades and crafts. These sectors are under the Chamber of Skilled Trades and Crafts’ responsibility.

Product(s) or service(s) concerned

  • The application must be followed by documents (leaflet, pictures, brochures...) that you find relevant for the monitoring committee involved in the decision-making of the label granting.
  • The monitoring committee of the Chamber of Commerce or the Chamber of Skilled Trades and Crafts retains the right to contact you in order to plan a visit of your firm.
  • If you are awarded the original label and its certificate by the Chamber of Commerce or the Chamber of Skilled Trades and Crafts, you are required to pay an amount of 150 EUR, paid only once. Your company will be asked to transfer this amount on either the Chamber of Commerce’s account or on the Chamber of Skilled Trades and Crafts’ account after receipt of invoice.
  • The use of the original label has to comply with the regulations for use and control.
  • The answer given, by the monitoring committee concerning the label “Made in Luxembourg” is final and irrevocable.

Conditions
